Method
- Preheat oven to 220°C/gas mark 7/425ºF.
- Put the oil in the bottom of shallow roasting tin
- Rub the chicken in the oil
- Add the chorizo sausages and the potatoes
- Sprinkle the onion and the oregano over, then grate the orange zest over top.
- Cook for 1 hour - baste occasionally.

- 2 links cooking chorizo cut into chunks
- 1 Tbsp olive oi
- teapoon dried oregano
- 4 small new potatoes - halved
- 1 small onion roughly chopped
- 2 small chicken breasts cut into pieces
- grated zest of 1 orange
