Method
- Pound meat to about half inch thick
- Cut into finger size strips.
- Heat butter in heavy pan until frothing stops. add meat and brown quickly on both sides on high heat.
- Add the red pepper turn occasionally
- After 5 or 6 minutes season with salt, pepper and paprika.
- Sauté for 2 mins then .
- Pour on mixture of milk blended with the flour and tomato
- Bring to boil and check seasoning and serve

- 1 and half lbs thin cut steak
- 3 tablespoons Butter
- 1 to 2 tablespoons sweet paprika
- 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup or 2 tbsp tomato puree
- 1 tablespoon flour
- half cup full fat milk or cream or sour cream
- salt and pepper
