Crispy Fried Fish Balls

👥 Serves: 2 to 3 people

Method

  1. Put onions and fish fillets in a grinder/blender. Grind well to make a paste.
  2. Put iton a large mixing bowl and mix well with plain flour, salt and eggs.
  3. Cover the bowl and keep it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  4. Make small balls from the mixture and keep them on a plate.
  5. Heat some oil in a pan over medium flame and deep-fry the balls until they turn brown in colour and are cooked well.
  6. Take them out on a serving plate on a tissue paper and serve hot with green chutney

  • 90gms plain flour

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 medium onion

  • 250ml oil
